How often...?

I don't know if I'm doing it often enough, but how often do you wash your cat's food bowl?:p Just wondering;)

Water bowls, every day and food bowls once a week. Water fountains are once a week also.

Just about everday , as the Food that my Cats do not eat goes out to the Stray cats that live on my porch. That teaches the Found Cats , not to be Too FUSSY!

Sunny likes his food dish and water dish cleaned at least every other day or he will not drink or eat . Loverboy lives out side and likes his food dish cleaned every day and as far as water dish ,he don't care , I set out clean water dish for him every day but he still goes and drinks out of the creek !:rolleyes:

Food bowl probably every other day, and once a week I try to 'soak' it in hot soapy water.
Water bowl, Kylie shares with the dog so I rinse it every day and again soak it once a week in hot soapy water.
I also throw in a couple efferdent tablets to the bowls when soaking.
I always keep those on hand, they are excellant for disenfecting things.

I rinse the water bowl every day and give it a swish with the sponge - but put it through a dishwasher cycle once a week or so. Keeps it nice and clean. really though, they rarely USE it - prefering water from the sinks!

We wash the dry food bowl about once a week with boiling water. The wet food bowl for their meat and canned food is washed before every meal with boiling water. The water bowl, every couple of days or whenever someone drops food in it ...

I rinse out the water dishes every day and give them a good wash or through the disahwasher once a week. The dry food bowls I empty of crumbs every day and I wash them once a week. The wet food dishes, I wash in the dishwasher before reusing them. I don't run the dishwasher every day, I have a set of dishes for wet food and when I run through them I run the dishwasher.

Food dishes: rinse them out after every meal, get a wash in the dish washer about twice a week

Water bowls: rinse out daily, dishwasher weekly

Water fountain: clean about every two weeks

I try to wash the food bowlks at least once a week, I use the soap and everything to clean it. But the water dish I rinse it everytime I change the water. The only reason why I don't wash the food bowl that often is because its always very oily.:p But now I try to wash it more often.
