I was making an egg salad sandwich this morning and MooShoo was in my face!! I put a little in a dish (it was before I put the mayo in it) and gave it to him. He LOVED it!
Do your cats like them?? This is definitely a first for him.

oh yes, my two love eggs, fried, scrambled, hard-boiled, whatever form it may come it! They especially love it when it has butter on it!! :) I've frequently heard of most cats loving eggs.

Oh yes sunny and loverboy loves them ! Infact i fed them to sunny when he was a baby , because his mother couldnt seem to give them enough milk . All the kittens did well with the additional food (eggs and kitten food ) and mothers milk .

I tried giving Fister some egg yolk, but he didn't care for that. Perhaps I should try hardboiled. ;)

Butter flips for any kind of dairy product, eggs, cheese, milk........it is as if he just "knows" and comes running!! :)

Cubby hates eggs, hardboiled, scrambled, over easy. He stays away from them. But he will eat french toast and pancakes, no syrup on them though. I hate syrup on my food and so does he (which he shouldn't have sugar anyways.) He will eat almost anything except eggs.

Luna isn't. But she's not interested in "human" food at all. While Lily eats EVERYTHING!!! Not only eggs, literally everything! :)

Are eggs good for cats? Is it OK for them to have them? If so I think I'll try it.

Yes, but I do not let him fire up the stove unless I am in the house.

Sunny seems to want to get a taste of all the food i eat ! He acts like he should test everything in the food line . I let him unless there is sugar or chocolate in the food I'm eating . Eggs are full of protein so i see no harm in cats eating them .Cats need lots of protein in their diets . I prefer he eats his cat food as his main diet so he gets everything he needs .

Just this past Sat. I made breakfast & of course Meko was begging so I offered her some scrambled eggs & she loved them!
Have not tried hard boiled yet but I think she will. I think almost any animal/human likes eggs!

Our local RSCPA Clinic suggest scrambled eggs as a light meal to give cats after they have been spayed or altered.
I haven't tried to feed my cats it though, I bet Bramble likes them....she is our dairy fiend.

I haven't tried (I am NOT a big fan of eggs, so they don't get cooked very often around here!)
Connor is like a vacuum cleaner - he eats anything, so I'm sure he would eat eggs. Ally is a fussy eater, so I doubt she would even try!

Does it go into a human's mouth??????? Then the answer is YES. My cats are the biggest moochers!!!
(well, not all of them, but nore than half of them)

Eggs? Did someone say eggs?! Did I sleep through breakfast?
Mocha Bean would like them scrambled with some cheddar, bacon on the side....;) :D

I just put some leftover eggs in Sara's bowl a few weeks ago. She wouldn't touch it. Picked the food out from around it. She would have eaten it if it had catnip in it..

Bob will not touch human food. I tried for a while when he came to live with us, but he is just not interested. This is a good thing considering he has a weight issue.
Joey would probably like it, but I have not feed her any human food, and she has not really begged for it. So I see it as a happy existents.:)

Hmmm...Briggs loves pecan raisin toast, will practically sit in your plate if you don't get her a taste quickly enough. I never fix eggs for meals so she hasn't had a shot at them.

Well, I fed Grover egg yolks, she was just a few weeks old. Of course she thought she could suck it out of my hand, she didn't know how to eat at that time, thought I was never going to teach her to eat out of a bowl, she thought she could just shove her face down in the bowl and nurse it, LOL. She was so funny and sweet. Here is a picture of Grover eating egg yolk on Easter, I got her on April 4. Now I think she is conditioned to eat, when I pet her, she jumps up on my desk and eats her food. Yes she wants to sample everything I eat too, she loves chicken, beef but hates shrimp. :)

Juni would kill for hardboiled eggs, esp. egg yolks. Pichu eats it, but it's not really his favorite.
Grover is like a little piggie, the food is all over :D

Mango loves the yolk from fried eggs (hard yolk) and loves raw eggs. It's good for them. Abys tend to not be picky about food... they will eat anything! I have met a few finicky Abys but they seem to be the exception.

Miley is very selective about her food and how much she eats. She will not "fight" for a place at the cat dish. Juni is just the opposite. Juni would kill for food, although she is as slim as Miley right now. Since Juni is so darn active, I hope she will slow up in the eating and jumping areas.
Juni will jump in your plate if she feels she might like to have a taste of what you are trying to eat. You need to push her away, yelling at the same time. She will fight you to stay. Needless to say, she is not allowed to be in the kitchen or food area when I have company!
I have never fed my cats eggs, but they have had lots of cheese, yogurt etc.
