A little bit closer......

This morning they are happy to lie close to each other, although Ally still hisses when Connor "inspects" her tail - maybe he is fascinated 'cos he lost his??

So far today I haven't closed any doors - and they have been wandering around ignoring each other most of the time!!

I love how they are interested into each other in the second picture! I hope Ally will love her beautiful boy! :)
I remember how worried I was when I got Lily, but within a week, they became good friends! Best wishes that the same will happen to Ally and Connor! :)

Well, what can I say - I had the best "support hotline" in the world to guide me through it!
I am sure we will still have our little "moments"
Interestingly enough, I think Connor being deaf has actually made things go more easily with Ally - his total non-reaction to all her hissing and growling has made her give up! (Although he does get jumpy when approached from behind, and startles quite easily, so it brings it's own problems too!

Wow, it does go smoothly :)
Very soon you will have a double tortellini on one of those chairs :)

What a progress! :D
I think that you're right about Connor being deaf made things easier.
Now, we're all waiting to see pics where they snuggle together . :p

Isn't that the truth! I don't know what I would do without Pet Talk!! Miss Kate's the sweetest little cat and brings me such joy, but I might not even still have her if the Pet Talk people hadn't told me what to do about her problem. No matter how much it may have changed, Pet Talk is still here for us and is a huge help and a lot of fun.

Wow, things are going very well, I'm so happy to hear. Connor looks like such a sweet kitty. I think Ally is slowly finding that out and all will be well.

Oh my! What progress!!! And that last pic with Connor looking out the window is adorable. Ally has to keep tabs on him, but he's only interested in the outside. :D
Now, go get that charger!!! ;) :D

WOW!!!:D
Introducing two fully grown cats (okay they are our babies for their whole lives anyway...;) ) in such a flash...that's incredible...
I have heard that handicapped cats are easier to introduce to other cats, because the resident cats somehow sense that they are special...I don't know if it's really true, but I think Connor's little reactions to Ally's hissing have helped a lot!!!
Keep up that good work!!!
...and more pictures, PLEASE!!!
