My mom works at Wal-Mart. While she was inside working someone ran into her car and 2 other employees cars that work there. Right in the parking lot. The woman that ran into their cars she totaled hers plus she put at $5,000 damage to my moms car and more to the other two. They ended up towing away the lady's car plus one of the other Wal-Mart employee's car.

My mom didn't go into great detail into what happened. She was still pretty upset. Luckly my mom was able to drive her car home. But she will have to get another car until they can fix it. And see what damage was done to it. I feel bad for my mom and dad they just bought their car just last fall. Its only alittle over a year old.

I guess it is chances you take everyday out on the road and in Wal-Mart parking lots.

Oh, Tina, I am sorry to hear about your mom's car's accident. I am glad she wasn't in it, so as to avoid injury. I trust there is insurance to take care of the damage? I realize that doesn't take care of the inconvenience, and the fact your parent's newer car has been damaged...

I'm glad my mom wasn't in the car either. She was lucky that it happened while she was inside working in away.

Yes, I think the woman's insurance should be taking care of the damage. My mom got the woman's name and her policy number for her insurance.

To top it off yesterday was my dad's birthday also. My poor dad what a birthday present.:(

Sorry to hear about your mom's car:(
I hope it can be fixed quickly--what a terrible inconvenience!!

I tend to think sometimes that parking lots are more dangerous than the street sometimes.
