Zelda my lil brothers mouse found a GREAT new home today. My mom didnt want her around any longer considering my lil brother doesnt take care of her at all, and I always end up feeding her and giving her water..

I went onto Petratscanada forum and asked for help and a wonderful lady named Cath, and her daughter, Marry, were so excited to see that I had a mousie needing a home, they came from half an hour away to come get her and meet my ratties, they are such nice people.

And too boot She has two female mice already that would love another cage mate :D.. She is sending me pics later of her in her new home. I will be sure to post them :).

uhhh... That's good news I guess. No offence or anything, but it seems like you have been giving away a lot of your pets lately.

actually, my mother gave away Cheeko and Spring and you know that story already....So I am not going to repeat it.

I would have taken Zelda into my care BUT, I have provincial exams and grade 12 to deal with, pluse I already have enough pets that take up all of my time when i am not doing homework.

She is in a better inviroment FOR her, I am not thinking of my self when I was looking for a new home for her. Would you rather I take her back to the pet store so she can become snake food?? NO! ...

Sorry I take offence all the time, but it sounds like you are suggesting I am abandoning all my pets, Which I am not considering it isnt my choice, My mother is just a cow, and so is my lil brother for not taking proper care of an animal.

Glad you found the mousie a home. Make sure to post pics of her and the gang once you get some k? :)

And come on people, we have been down this road before. Do we REALLY need to comment on this again? The mouse isn't hers, period, it's her brothers and because her brother is not taking care of it the responsible thing to do is to find it a home where it CAN be cared for. Of course, the best thing would have been to never have the animal in the first place, but it's not her mouse, it's her brothers. And now it's in a nice new home where it will get the attention, food, water, and love it needs.

I didn't want to fight, I was just saying... I understand that it was her brothers pet and it wasn't her fault. So I am glad that Zelda found a new home.

You didnt have to announce this. If you dont have something nice to say, dont say anything at all.

Me and Jynelle have worked it out, you really don't need to tell me what I can and can't say.

Congratulations on the new home Zelda!
