Tonight we recieved a phone call that the Border Collie bitch that we are supposed to be getting a pup from is having difficulty and was rushed off to the vets for an emergency ceaserean (Spl?) the first pup was still born and then Molly started to have problems and the vet was hoping to save the other pups and molly as well :(

so prayers needed for the poor girl to return home safely , and for the remaining pups to survive *sigh*

we will get another phone call in the morning as they are still at the vets it is 2am :eek:

omg !! that is horrid!! why is she having difficulties, is it her first litter?? omg omg that is soo scary I am so scared for her and her pups!!! Preying for her safe return home!!!

A quick update Molly and her 2 surviving pups are fine and at home resting comfortably, and it has been decided that this will be her 1st and last litter as she is too precious to put her through it again

but sadly she lost 2 pups :(

I'm glad she and 2 pups survived. Sorry for the 2 that passed. :( Good decision on the breeders part to not breed her again.

Oh, poor little puppies and poor mom. :( I hope they turn out to be ok and grow to be strong healthy pups and that Molly makes a fast recovery.
