Bari, Charlie is one good looking boy (what beautiful markings!) and sounds like he has a charming little personality! He sure knew the best place in Texas to come to get a little lovin' and some food to go along with it. I am too far obviously to help this sweet boy and am at my limit now with 4 furkids but I certainly hope that your efforts will pay off and Charlie will soon have a loving home. Bless you for helping him! :)
