It must have been heartbreaking to see this little cutie and his family trying to survive in the cold. Isn't it great how their lives turned out? Good luck.

We love rescue/happy ending stories, and Pete, you and your siblings are very, very fortunate to have such great purrrrsons! Paw applause for your loving family for bringing you in from the cold. You are most handsome boy...maybe we'll meet the rest of your furrfamily later?? Or could your purrsons post photos now??

Pete
I have to agree, you are adorable. I wouldn't be able to stand the thought of you outside cold and hungry either. I'm so glad you and your siblings moved in with your human parents. Sounds like you have a wonderful loving home. Congratulations on being our special Cat of the Day today, sweetie.:D

Pete I am sure you are Number one when it comes to looking innocent. But you are quite a handful :D
I am sure your mom and dad forgive you anything for a nosekissie - so would I:D
Enjoy your day with your brothers and sisters, special Pete:)

Mew, meow, mew, me-eow Pete! My KatMa is totally bonkers over you. Your brother & sister must be such cutiecats too.
I'm a rescue who lived outside all winter (the first six or seven months of my life). And, brrrrrrrr, it is very cold in Montreal, Canada during the winter. Is it as cold in Shelbyville, Kentucky? Today shows winter is coming; click onto http://weather.cnn.com/weather/forecast.jsp?locCode=YUL to see Montreal weather today. KatMa said it is 61F & sunny in Shelbyville -- much warmer than here!
We love your innocent look and you are such a furball of fun that my KatMa would just give you the silk tree so the three cats could feel they are "outside". Mew, Me-eoW, I agree with you: I'd rather be an inside cat than an outside cat. It took me a few months to totally adjust, but those beds and sofas, not to mention my PawPaw's lap won me over!
Have a great day celebrating with the other purrecious cats & with your purrents (who I've fallen for, mew!).
You are soooooooooooooooo handsome. Kittykisses and nosetwinkies from the tip of your nose to the tip of you tail, handsome Pete.

Pete, mew, KatMa & I were thinking (ouch, KatMa's head is hurting :D :D :D )...
If your feral furmommy is still coming to be fed, perhaps your purrents should "trap" her & have her spade! That way she can continue living outside & being the outside pussycat but no new litters would be born. Just an idea, purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Hi Pete,
So happy to hear that you were adopted into a wonderful
indoor life. No freezing cold for you sweetie. What great people
you have as guardians now to bring your siblings along too.
You are one awesome looking kitty & I'm happy to congratulate
you on being our CAT OF THE DAY.
Also hope your fur momma was spared having to try to raise
any more babies out in the cold cruel world alone.

Pete's a very cute kitty. I can tell he's going to reward you with many years of character for the kindness you showed in rescuing him from feral life.
I noticed you said "In like Flint." That made me look up the following page, in which they discuss the use of "In like Flynn" and "In like Flint." Thought it might interest you: http://www.quinion.com/words/qa/qa-inl1.htm
