This past weekend .... several puppies and kittens were rescued from a very nasty environment .... a woman's home who had the best of intentions.

Anyway, we adopted this tiny girl .... Autumn. She is not available for adoption .... she is our newest baby. Please give her a warm welcome. I have had her a couple of days, but really haven't felt much like "celebrating" her addition due to the demise of sweet Dawson. But... now is time to move on and celebrate LIFE! Please meet Autumn....

Is she a dilute calico ?

Too cute... I am sending a set of hugs, belly rubs & scritches just for her. :D

PS. So is she a keeper..if she isn't up for adoption.

OMG!! I want her!!! She is so a baby Peanut!!! She also reminds me of Inka when she was a wee baby. :D

I would call her tortie on white. A dilute calico has more....well...diluted..colors, softer colors for lack of a better word. Mandy, of Haley & Mandy is a dilute calico. I always thought Peanut was a calico too, until a thread somewhere along the line here that defined things better. A pure tortie has no white and is mostly black, but the tortie on white is almost a tortie tuxie - again, for lack of a better word. :D

Actually, it doesn't really matter what she is, she is absolutely adorable! Hugs and smoochies to the little sweetie pie. :D

I also want Marty & Mercy in case you were wondering, and as soon as I saw Dawson I wanted him too (:( ) so I guess I'm going through kitten withdrawal....again...yet....after 17 years.... :D

Oh, I can just see the snottiness in her eyes.... :D

Oh no! CUTENESS OVERLOAD!
She has the funniest look on her face --- like she's about to keel over! Haha!
She looks just like a perfectly tiny replica of Peanut!

What a precious kitten and I also love her name.:) I sure hope that she's able to help ease the pain of losing Dawson. I'd love to see some more pics of her.

OMG Kim, she is just to darn adorable. I know she can't replace your little Dawson, but I hope she will help you overcome the loss and pain you're going through.

Oh she is definitely a keeper and talk about cuteness overload.
She does remind me of baby Inka also.
