I Need Help

I know more about animals than I do about the computer. I came upon this site by accident, but I like the idea of communicating with other animal lovers. How do I get around. I need step by step instructions. I don't surf the web I thrash around, never knowing where I will end up.
Thanks for any instructions I might get.

Welcome Ollie! I probably will not be much help, since I thrash around like you do! I just learned by trial and error...........
I will say this though, I LOVE it here. I have checked out a lot of pet sites, and this is the best- and soooo many nice, like-minded people here!
One warning: it's kind of addictive.

Don't worry, Ollie! There are lots of people that are learning as they go here at PetTalk. Some folks just read the messages but don't write any. Others jump in with both feet, or paws as the case may be. :D You are welcome to participate as much as you want.

I've learned my way around this site by trial & error and with patient help from the wonderful moderators & members.

These people make it the best pet site I know. And you sound just like one of us!

Hi, Ollie, welcome to Pet Talk. I see from your profile you certainly qualify to be here. heehee. One thing that you might want to know about (if you are anything like me) is the handy dandy *edit* feature which is included on every post. Say, like me, you say something and when it comes up, it really isn't what you wanted to say, press that little edit button and it will let you go back and change what you said. You can even delete a post by pressing the same button and checking the *delete* box on the left hand side.
