Tonight was the last time I cleaned Willi's pond. He was a green tree frog and he
was 7 years old,which is old for his kind. He was happy to have a cage by himself
after being bought from a crowed cage in a pet shop.

WILLIE

Willie you came to me full of hop and joy.
You were happy to have your own cage.
Full of tall plants to jump on.
Full of happiness
Full of water in your own very own pond.
You were happy to be by yourself.
As I found you in an overcrowded cage.
For five years you were in my life.
And today you left me , for that frog pond in the sky.
I'll look up and I'll see you.
