I was holding Julian today and he was breathing really heavy and it sounded like his nose was stuffed up. Liek eh was making a weird noise. It might just be because of the heat him trying to cool off (do bunnies pant or breaht hard to cool off?) and trying to breath in the new scents but I'm not sure? I'm worried bout my little baby. He is still eating, ate a bunch of Carrot tops a carrot and some parsley, it was all gone this morning and I checked all over for it to make sure he was eating. I'm not sure what it is. Probly jsut me being over protective  I'm gonna keep an eye on him any way.

I'm not a bunny mom Ash but I'm sure you're doing all you can & I hope maybe Julian is just a little stressed with the new addition or, as you suggested, just trying to keep cool. Let us know how things go this afternoon & evening. I'll be thinking of you.

I froze a gug of water, I froze it in a milk container. I then pulled up the carpet in my closet and aloud J to go in the closet and cudled up with the jug of water and lay on the floor where the jug was. He loved it and layed where the jug was and layed right against it. He seems to be doing good. Which is good.

Does he sound "rattly" like he has chest congestion? If so you need to get to the vet asap and get him on a antibiotic.
If he is hot, there are 2 things you can do...... dampen the durface of his ears with cool water...not dripping just nice and damp....Buns lose heat through their ears.... Or you can take an empty liter pop bottle, fill it 3/4rs with water, freeze it and then put it on a towel next to him....viola!! he has his very own bunny air conditioner! This hot weather can be very dangerous for bunns so make sure he and Tyah are out of sunlight and turn on a fan if possible.

He's not makeing the noise any more. Just his normally squeeking. I gave him his Jug og frozen water, but it's in a milk container, is that ok? Should I switch it over to a 2 litter or pepsie?
