I absolutely love this dog. One of my favorite breeds. I want him. I know, I know. You aren't going to give him up. Love seeing the pics though. I'll have to settle for that. :) Beautiful pup!!

Here he is with the Alpha dog of the 2 Ridgebacks...he knows his place now :) They are very friendly dogs, by the way, and he wags his tail like crazy each time he sees them :)

He has 5 nails per foot, so that makes 20 nails, and all but one are clear...he has one lonely black nail :) It is nice that they are clear...i can see right where the quick starts :)

He is Swissie. Berners are long haired...Swissies also get a lot bigger full grown. But they are all from the same family of dogs from Switzerland.

Dale just couldn't be any cuter! From how he is relating with his feline sister and brother and the other dogs, he seems to have the most pleasant of personalities as well. Robyn, you picked another winner!

Thanks :) He is 3 months old and weighs 19 lbs. (gained 9 the first month we have had him) the vet thinks that by 16 weeks, he may 40...we shall see...maybe more like 30...but i have no idea...

Rachel she sure did, and this is the truth for sure! Dale is certainly a gentle (soon to be) giant! In puppy kindergarten they placed him in the center of the room with an 11 week old male miniature poodle puppy (Ripley probably looked a lot like this little guy as a puppy) so that they could interact. It seems that the little poodle puppy was a little scared of the BIG DAWGS. hehe! Even though Dale is big, the teacher knew he was a sweetie and wouldn't harm one little curly hair on that cutie's head. :)

No, it is a greater swiss mountain dog puppy...the same dog that this thread is all about. They get to be around 110-140 lbs full grown.
