17 pounds is a lot of pussycat! My big brother, the late Tiggy was a big boy, and he weighed in at 15 pounds in his prime! I am 11 pounds, quite the svelte kitty.

Since you're an active princess who loves to play soccer -- which keeps you in shape -- don't worry too much about the weight.
