I am sure you should know by now that it would be better for you to stay with all four feet on the ground...I guess, deep inside you know how to get down, but it's more convenient to be carried down by a human and no one could ever witness the usually slightly clumsy way a cat descends from a tree...you're clever!:D :D :D

HI there, handsome Spooky!! I was so excited when I read that today's COTD was a Turkish Van! I just recently found out that my Mr. B, a resuce, is a Turkish Van! I had never heard of the breed before then. And aren't you a most spectacular representative of your very special breed! I'm not sure if tree climbing; or should that be tree stranding, is mentioned in the breed standard;) I'm just glad you had the good sense to finally allow yourself to be rescued! Tiggy loved this spot so KatMa emptied the shelf and turned it into "Tiggy's shelf". The other cats NEVER dared go there...Tiggy was 9 in this picture.
