This is a sad story, My b/f's friend's girlfriend has 2 rotts that she decided to breed. Well all but 1 pup got sold. She was origionally sold when she was a month old but the owners never paid the rest of the deposit nor did they ever keep in contact. They left a phone # that has been disconected. This pup is 4 months old. The owners keep it in a crate 23/7 and has some training. We visited them on friday & they stated that if they can not sell the pup soon they will bring it to lolly-pop. So I offered to take the dog and help train it as well as look for a home for her. She is very smart, in the 3 days I have had her I tought her to sit, lay-down & she is mostly potty-trained. She does not chew, nor is she really rambuctious. A real angel for a rott pup. She is very cute, purbred rott but not sure if she has papers. The owners want $300 but will take $250, I explained that the price is a little outragous for a dog that will probably not be akc (even though that does mean much) but the parents were never tested for hip problems or anything. Pretty much just a back-yard breeder. Luckily they realized how much time & patience it requires & got both dog spayed/neutered & will never breed again. Her name was Brat well I changed it to Styxx & she really likes that name. I would love to keep her but I am at my city limit already for the number of dogs She is current on her shots. She is healthy. She is a real sweety-pie! I am sure I can get the owners to negotiate on price. I am not sure if this allowed on here but if anyone knows of anyone that is looking for a pup like this please e-mail ([email protected]) or pm me I will be happy to discuss anything about her & will even travel to show her to a possible home & to deliver her within a reasonable distance about an hour or 2. I am near rochester ny. I will even continue to help w/ training & what not.
