I'm glad to hear that the once shy cat, decided to jump in your lap, because my Russian Blue is the same way. My other 2 cats are real affectionate, and i know Molly will be the same. She just had kittens that would have been born outside, but a neighbor put a carrier outside and she gave birth there. I found out that they were my Midnight's kittens and now i have the Ma Ma. Two sons live at a 3rd neighbor's house. It's a cat dynasty!
