Good Morning, sweet Skipper! I'm so happy to be the first to congratulate you today!:) I knew the second I saw your beautiful face that you were a Sato:) I met my "first" last year on Cape Cod at an antiques fair. His name is Mickey and he could be your brother! Like your Mom, his Dads are SO proud of him. We talked for almost an hour and they told me all about the very special and most deserving pups in the Save A Sato program in Mass.! Skipper, you were the answer to your Mom's fondest wish and she is so blessed to have you as her "first"!:) You're adorable! And I'm so glad to hear that you are now healthy and happy and living the life you so rightly deserve! Congratulations to you sweet, beautiful Skipper, our extra special Sunday Dog of the Day! I wish for you and your family a lifetime of health, love and happiness:) Have a wonderful day celebrating your day in the spotlight, sweetheart!

And I am proud to be the second one to congratulate you Skipper, because you are not only our Dog of the Day, but one of the dearest, sweetest, cutest Dogs of the Day, ever.
Not only that but just think how much your Mom loves you and how you have been the first doggie to show her just how wonderful it is to live one's life in the company of dogs. It's a beautiful wonderful thing that you and your Mom have found each other. I'm so glad she shared the story with us and that you, precious Skipper are Dog of the Day.
{kiss, kiss}
I'm 3rd.
Skipper you sure had a rough beginning.
Now you are healthy and happy with a loving family.
Congratulations for Dog of the Day!

:D :) Dear Skipper, Mew:
The power of love! What a wonderful story, Skipper. Mew, we're so glad you won your four big battles: *being born having foster fursons *being adopted into your forever home *surviving life-threatening illness *adapting like the champ you are!
My KatMa is still wiping away her tears. It breaks her heart knowing so many precious pets must go through these hardships. I also was abused & abandoned, pregnant, and still a kitten myself at the time. In POTD thread, where Molly the Bunny's story is told, you can see a picture of me and my five babies. I had adopted KatMa and Paw-Paw and they were such proud & loving grandpurrsonsto my angel kittens.
Mew, reading about you has brought the whole range of emotions to KatMa and me: tears of pain and tears of joy! Your loving furson has summed it best: "...it was one of the best days of my life. I sure do love my dog..." Your are a five-star girl *****
Live long & healthy, happy, loved & cherished -- all pets deserve this. KatMa sends 100,000 kisses & hugs and I, Sasha the =^.^= send you sweet mewls, headbumps, kittykisses and nose twinkies!
