Kona meets her cousin, Gnocchi (pics)

Last week my house had to be fumigated for termites (yuk!), which meant that we were all displaced for four days. Oreo stayed at the kennel, but Kona stayed at my sister's house with me where she met her cat-cousin, Gnocchi. He was the first cat she's met (other than her mom and litter-mates). Here's how Kona's visit went:

First, mom made me leave my wonderful home and ride in the car--how traumatic! I *had an accident* on my mom and howled the whole way to my aunt's house. Then, just when I got settled in my new room, I noticed a huge beast lurking at my door:

I played hard-to-get for a few days, and then we had to leave (no accidents this time). My aunt says that Gnocchi misses me. He still looks for me in my room and wants me to visit again.

Kono, you are adorable, and poor cute Gnocchi (love that name!) is just pining away for you. Maybe since there were no accidents on the way home, your mommy will take you visit again sometime. :D

I expected Kona to be a little more friendly, but she wouldn't hear of it. All the while, Gnocchi was a gentleman. He kept his distance and looked at me as if to say "Why is she so mean?"

Ohhhh, Kona, of course you're a girl a boy can loose his head for. But look at that Gnocchi gentleman -I would think twice about it. He's elegant, has style and seems to love you sincerely:) :D
