I'm posting this as I know we have at least one member who is a vet. I'm sure we have more vets that buzz through this site as well. So here is a plea for help on behalf of the rescue/owner(?) of this sweet one.
Below is the link -- DO NOT LOOK if you are squimish of physical abnormalities. That being said, the pics are NOT graphic in any shape or form.
What a sweetheart! If I had the financial resources to cover the medical care she might need, I'd adopt her in a heartbeat.

Best of luck, Wiggie.

Poor Wiggie - at least she seems happy, and if people love her, thay's the best part. I wonder if she's written to people like Tufts veterinary hospital - they do a lot of research, and are a teaching hospital, too.

I suspect it a "genetics gone wild" thing. She sure is a cutie and I agree as long as she has a good home and is loved that's all that matters. Karen has an idea...an expensive one to be sure but still if anyone could figure it out it should be the vet school at Tufts in Boston..... And I'm not sure what good it would do to take her there....it's doubtful that they could "fix" her...... I guess it depends on the owner and how far they are willing to go....

Maybe they can contact UC Davis' Vet School?
She is so cute! I just want to hold her and make everything OK. Poor, sweet, girl. :(
Hi,
I was sent a link to this forum yesterday.
Wiggie lives with me, in the U.K. and is one of 14 rescue buns.
She has a special buddy called Elmo, who she adores. Elmo
takes very good care of her, and comforts Wig as she comes round from her seizures. As far as is possible, Wiggie leads a perfectly normal life, and is just as inquisitive as any other young rabbit. She is loved by everyone, and will live here all her life.
Thankyou for your interest in Wig :)
Alex.
