The weekend foster

Kira who was supposed to be here for the weekend left tonight for her forever home--four months after that first weekend. The ungrateful little brat didn't even look back at me--just hopped in her daddy's Jeep!:p She won't be far away and I know her owner so I can visit.

Isn't it the truth???? Sometimes "children" can appear SO ungrateful!!;) Kira is so lucky to have had you and your family there for her these past 4 months! The fact that she left so willingly and happily with her new "Dad" speaks volumes about the great job you did, turning her into a happy, confident, socialized young lady!
