what things help you to realx?
I like to get on the computer, or read. I like to swim too or walk, the past week, I have been going to the pool, and just using one of those foam tubes, the kind you can put your arms over and it holds you up... even me lol and i do some light exercises or just swim back and forth, just by flaoting with that thing. then I get in the jacuzzi .. and it really makes me feel better. of course I won't go there til its dark and others have all left hehe. I was walking alot but now its too hot so this helps.sometimes turning out all the lights and just watching an old movie on tv is nice too,

I like sitting in the back yard with the dogs, or gardening.
Even walking around the local store mall,
with a heath-bar crunch ice-cream blizzard, works for me too.

Last night I was in a bad mood and was just lying down on the floor (I don't know why lol) Mickey nudged me then went outside. I didn't follow so he came back in, nudged me again and went back outside. I followed and we lay by eachother under the patio table. It was so peacful and he made me feel a lot better! :D

I also like to draw, go online, listen to music. :)

Mary,

"yeah most times that works, but sometimes I just have to get away from their meowing."

Quess I just have quiet cats.:D I have two that don't meow
at all (or only to call out to each other), one who will meow when
it's time to eat, and one (Mikey), who does'nt meow, just chatters
away at me. I think he's telling what the others have been up
to. hee hee. I just talk right back to him. :D :D

ohh thanks, I had forgot all about those, chocolate stars... grocery shopping tomorrow, must buy a bag!

I used to take long bubble baths, also with the lights out, or with a book, but in this house I only have one tub and its small not like the one in the other house. besides it is in the "cats bathroom' so I don't want to use that! oh well theres always the jacuzzi

Laying on the floor with the dogs, ridding the go'cart with my son, swimming, going on a nice scenic walk or drive. I do alot of things that keeps me relaxed. I also like gardening, and sometimes I paint. I'm really a layed back person with not too many worries or to much stress. The only problems I have that get me worried is my and my familys health, this includes the furry family members as well.

I like to take Hot baths with lotsa bubbles. I recently started using Bath and Body Works Aromotherapy line. Their SLEEP kind is awesome! (www.bathandbodyworks.com)
I LOVE the Lavender/ Vanilla.
Taking walks too, taking Keegan to the park to play tennis ball, reading a book/magazine. And sitting in my recliner rocker and watching TV with Kylie on my chest and Keegan at my feet.

Hot bubble bath (Bath&Body's Gardenia Lily smells wonderful),
a good book, and
something mellow on the radio (blues, jazz...lately Norah Jones)
