I have a two year old Syberian Husky that needs a good home with a yard.
He's very playful with other dogs (never aggressive) and he is AKC certified. Was quickly housebroken since his litter was kept outside by the breeder, and he is a good listener. (stay, sit, come, heel).
He was a gift and has been a great dog to me but I live in a townhouse and he needs room to run! Please only people with fenced in yards need respond; anything less would be unfair to him.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have.

What a beauty!!! Good thing we don't live any closer or I would be begging my husband for dog number 6. And he says he will move out if I bring another dog home. LOL I've always loved huskies though and yours is beautiful. I'm sure you will find him a new home quickly.

That must be so hearbreaking for you. You say he was a gift. This is the exact reason why my local Humane Society will NOT adopt out a pet unless we meet the potential owner face to face. In addition, we DO NOT adopt out at all during month of December. More often than not, that precious little gift is returned 6 months later. Good luck finding him a home. He's really handsome.

He was a gift and I don't think this situation is caused because he was a "gift."
I accepted him and I love him to death. I'm trying to make a life upgrade for him. I'm positive that he would have much more "quality of life" in a home with a much larger yard and possibly even another dog. I don't have the means for this right now.
I would never ever just give him to anyone and I wouldn't be able to sleep at night with the thought of him in a shelter or rescue. I'm positive I'm doing the right thing for him If I can find the right situation/living conditions.
Other than that, I'm going to do the best I can with what I have until that situation comes along.

Oh, he is sure a beauty! Good luck finding him a home. I think you are definitely doing the right thing, and you are being very unselfish to realize that your home is not the best this pretty husky boy could have. Thank you for being so caring, I don't know what I would do if I had to give my dogs away! Even if it was to a good home, I think I would be heartbroken. Again, good luck to you! :D

If I were you I'd try petfinders also. I found a very wonderful home for one of my co-workers dogs, they keep in touch with me & have even sent me a picture of him and his new doggie friend!
Good Luck, I hope you find him a wonderful home!
P.S. I think it's great that you are trying to find him another home since you can't give him everything he needs. Cudos to you:)
