There is a Pitbull, at Banfield vet, which happens to be connected to PetSmart. This Pitbull is kept in a cage just big enough for him. He gets taken out for the occasional potty break, but other than that, he's cramped up in his cage all day. He's getting almost no human interaction and no exercise. He is starting to get raw spots on his head from rubbing on the cage and around his collar. All he ever does is sleep... that's all he has room to do. I've contacted Pitbull rescues upon Pitbull rescues and everytime, it's the same old crap..."Unfortunately, we are unable to foster another Pitbull..." YEAH, YEAH. I'd take this precious baby, but I've already got four dogs and not enough funds at the moment to feed another baby.

This is in Brentwood, Missouri. The only PetSmart/Banfield in Brentwood.

Would anyone possibly be interested in fostering this PitBull, or giving him his forever home, or would anyone know of any PitBull rescues who can actually rescue him? Thank you.

How did the poor dog end up stuck at a vet? Did somebody just drop him off and leave him? Poor thing. :(

Have you tried either of these:
www.forpitssake.org
www.outofthepits.org

They are both excellent and will post dogs on their sites with enough info.
