Ok, I know that Ragdolls go limp when held like a baby (in your arms, on their backs), or so I have read. Do any other breeds do this? Hanna dos it too, but she's a mutt cat (an Alley Cat) as far as I know.
Abby does not even like being picked up, I tried it with Bo and he was uncomfortable and struggled to get down, Hanna goes limp and totally relaxes when I cradle her in my arms.

Our Milo is our 'mock' ragdoll.
He likes being held like a baby and is limp when you hold him, he also follows me around all day ( another ragdoll trait)

TicTac lets me hold him upside down and he turns into a (15 lb, about 7 kilo) pile of mush.;)

Mock Ragdoll - I like that! :D
Cats are weird, I wonder why some cats relax, and some hate it? Bo is normally the snuggliest, mellowest, laid back cat, but he was having none of my holding him like a baby.

lol.
I've had a few cats whom were not ragdolls do something similar.
When I would want to remove them from some place like a chair, so I could sit down, they would make their whole body go limp, so they would be harder and heavier to move.
I had a 25 pound cow cat named Timmy do this ALL the time, he was sooo stubborn! lol

My Goldie used to do that - I loved to hold her in my arms and dance with her. My two new ones are definitely not part ragdoll! Little Mitzi is so short and round, it's like picking up a fluffy beach ball - there isn't much of her to go limp, and Mishi is all legs. I measured him the other day - he's over 3 feet long all stretched out, pure muscle man who definitely won't go limp - it's not manly, mom.
