Romeo update.........

I wish i had good news, but sadly i donot, Romeo is not well at all, he is very ill, they have taken his catheter out now, and he is desperately trying to pee and cannot, he is not purring anymore and crying, i am distressed to hear this, and write this, it sounds awful, he is thin now and looks terrible apparently, i think they may have to let him go in peace.
I dont know whats happening yet, but will keep u updated when i hear next.
It breaks my heart to hear this, please still keep praying for him, miracles do happen and believe me he needs one right now.

God won't let anyone suffer! When He thinks it's time, He will call him home. (here come the tears again.....). Prayers on the way for a peaceful passing, if it's to be. Romeo, you are very special and Carole loves you very much, as do we all. You need to let her know if you want to go to the RB. PT prayers do work and miracles do happen. You've got to believe.

I hope to hear something today, i just want some good news, i just hope by prolonging his life , its not prolonging his suffering, i do hope his owner will beable to make the right decision if one has to be made, i think he should be improving , and he does not seem to be, so i am very worried, i dont want Romeo to suffer any more, he has been through enough, i guess the vet will advise them what is for the best, i sure hope so.
I know how much she loves him, and wants him to survive, but sometimes u just have to be cruel to be kind, she is young and its going to hit her hard if she looses her Romeo, but i think she just might have to let him go now.
Keep praying please, i appreciate every one of you, thanks for the support, we need that miracle.

It breaks my heart to tell you , but Little Romeo has gone to Rainbow Bridge tonite, he was not going to beable to recover, his bladder had healed but there were other problems, he could still not pee or pooh, and they could not fix it.
My dear little Romeo, i never even met you, but i know how cute you were, and how loved you were, and how much you will be missed, your at peace little darling now.
I ask myself WHY WHY WHY its not fair, he fought so hard to live, his owners are devastated, he went through so much, rest in peace lovely boy.

I'm so sorry to hear that little Romeo didn't make it. He seemed to be such a fighter that I really thought he would pull through.

I just want to take this time to say Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all the wonderful support you gave me , and i will indeed pass on this to Charlene and Nick, its tough, but yes i think ROMEO is at peace now.
It really brought back the pain i felt when i lost my Sooti, which was only 3 mths ago, so i think i was crying for both Romeo, Sooti, and charlene and nick because i know just how they feel,as do many of you.

Today is a horrible day in NZ, its pouring with Rain, but i am all cosy inside with my family and my treasured cats Ash and Lexie, Ash is curled up asleep at my feet, actually on my feet, nice foot warmer as i type this, i feel blessed to have my two still with me, i really appreciate them today, and extra cuddles are going there way today, after the passing of dear little Romeo, i just feel so lucky i have my two, do you know what i mean? Excuse me for rambling on.

It doesn't matter how many times I hear about a poor kitty suffering, it always brings tears to my eyes. Romeo, dearest furrbaby, your pain is over and you can now romp happily at the R.B. I commend Romeo's owners for making what can be a very tough decision - it is not easy to allow your furrbaby to cross to the R.B. - it takes a lot of bravery.

Carole, please pass on all our sympathies to Romeo's wonderful humans. Hopefully, one day when they are feeling better, they will rescue another little furrball who could use a loving home like theirs.

Hugs to you too, Carole, I know it was tough after losing Sooti not so long ago.

Thank you ittybittykitty, its been a very sad time for us all, Charlene just buried him last night, it was terribly hard for her, he was all curled up just like he was asleep. I know how it feels, like many of you do to c your dear wee kitty whom u love so much like that.
She still has Juliette her part turkish van rescue cat, so hopefully she will bring some comfort to her.
You have all been so kind and wonderful, thank you from the bottom of my heart, and from charlene and nick.

I happenend to notice another little kitten called Romeo, and he is sick, so please everyone pray hard for him to get well soon, rainbow bridge already has a young Romeo, no need for another, so lets hope this lil guy gets the chance our Romeo didnt.
