Scottish Folds?

I've heard about that kind of cat. They're peculiar with their folded ears ;)

But to me, they're not especially attractive 'cause they tend to be inactive... and their look is just funny, not gorgeous.

I find them quite ugly, but deserving of love and nice homes nonetheless! But it's not a breed *I* would seek out.

I think they are very cute, would like to have one someday, if I were to find one in a shelter.

and just fyi, some shelters/rescue groups have wish lists, so if there is a certain breed you are looking for, you can ask them to notify you when they get one .

LOL nice to know if I ever do get one, and post pics, that soledad and Kath00 will think my cat ugly! :)

I think Scottish folds are the most adorable things in the world!! I love my black (bombay) boys best but if I were to get others they would be Bengals (so soft) or Folds. Such smoochie faces I just want to kiss them all over! Didn't someone write books about his Fold? The Cat who read upsidown? Avery Armory maybe? I know I read the books ions ago. The cat traveled with him everywhere. I know the author is a very prominent animal activist.

I DO love Moo's face, he is adorable... I USED to think that, I don't now... NOW I love them, and probably because of beautiful Moo!

I think Scottish Folds are cute. :) When I was looking for a cat at the Humane Society, I picked out a cat that I was interested in and I wanted to hold it. It turned out to be a male Scottish Fold. He was very little and cute but very shy and scared. I decided to keep looking because I wanted a friendly affectionate cat. This is the same day that Storm ended up picking me. :) Hopefully the Scottish Fold was adopted to a forever loving home. I was told that his current owner couldn't keep him because she moved to a place that wouldn't except pets. :(

Some days ago, someone asked what kind of cats I like. My list was so long and he said - So, basically, you like all of them.

I really adore Scotish Folds, I started a thread once about them. They are VEEEEEERY expensive here.

Their paws have cute fur sticking out of them. :) I also think that this is the reason that Storm acts like he's a dog. He's a very social cat and loves to be around people. :D
