Sara threw up today :(
I don't think she was just coughing up a hairball, I've seen her hairballs before, and this didn't look the same..
I know now that she isn't chewing her food  I knew she had troubles chewing, but all of the kibble was swallowed whole!!! She won't get her nutrients if she doesn't break down the food :(
I checked around in her vomit to see if she ate anything bad, but it didn't look like anything but her food...
Any suggestions?

Only can suggest that you contact the experts. i.e. Your local vet.
Hopeing Sara gets well soon.

Definitely at least check with a vet. But cats don't really chew quite as much as you'd think. Although they should try to chew some, so it could be her teeth hurt her (that is one possibility). Hope she feels better.

Maybe she just ate too fast and it caused her to throw up..Rocky has done this many many times, and he even eats it after he throws it up....i have been told that it isn't even fully digested so it is still practically food to them.....maybe try giving her smaller amounts and if she continues you could give her the wet food instead of dry.

Thanks, I'll call the vet :) I hope it was nothing serious, I don't like it when my babies get sick...She puked in the hallway  I could hear her making noises, and I thought it was a child crying!
I'm pretty sure her teeth hurt her :( She only has thirteen teeth left (I've counted). She's eleven years old, I know that's not very old, but is it old enough for her teeth to start to get sore or fall out?
I told my mom that we should switch to wet food, but she said that it costs too much :( But with the way things are going, we'll probably wind up going to the food bank anyway :p I'll try and convince her to let me get some from there :)

Maybe...But she hadn't eaten just then  Her food was outside at the time..
Does Rocky throw up right away after he ate, or later?

Usually when he does throw up, it is almost immediately afterwards because he gulps it down so fast...I have stopped letting him have very much at a time, and he loves the wet food..I would alternate on both...maybe try a different food??? what kind of food does she eat?

Poor Sara! :(
Did she only threw up once? Maybe she really only ate too fast or too much?
Would call the vet though, keep us updated!
