I love them!I used to have a few.One in particular.Conan,a very loyal dog.He lived to be 18 years old--that is older than me and my brother!!He was so very good.We all miss him!We know he is in heaven!

I LOVE THOSE TWO BREEDS! They're on my favourite list along with shelties, collies, border collies, pit bulls...

I love that breed too. I own a beagle blue heeler mix. ( he is 4 months old as of 5/8/03 :D :)

yes there is a differnce beween aussies and blue heelers
you are looking at australian cattle dogs

i have had both types the auusie and the blue heelers
aussie come in all different colors and that i know of blue heelers don't that is why they are called blue heelers

Australian Shepherds and Blue Heelers are the same breed.
No they aren't? :confused: Australian cattle dogs and blue heelers are the same, along with red heelers, cattle dogs, australian heelers etc.

I meant to type Australian CATTLE DOGS, not Australian SHEPHERDS. If you scroll up to my first post, you will get the "I fixed my first post" part.

I love australian shepherds! i think it is funny that they are called australian when they originated in california. there is only australian bloodlines in its heritage.
also the miniature australian shepherd is called the north american shepherd. :D

There was a mini aussie that had obedience right after Kai's class. It was the most adorable thing ever! It was red and I was pretty sure it was still a pup...so cute!
