hives

Does anyone have experience with dog getting hives when laying in the sun? She is 1 year old, hasn't happened before, but every time she lays in the sun now, inside or out, she gets hives down her back. She is an IG, so very noticable.

Could it be allergies to the grass she's laying on? Chester's highly allergic to bermuda grass.
