Life in cat heaven (on Earth)

Since I cannot take a picture of myself, let me describe what I see right now.

I am sitting at the edge of my bed. On my lap in Monte in the 1/2 tortellini pose.
To my immediate left is Little Kim sound asleep in the full tortellini pose (except that she is so small, she is barely a mini ravioli)
To my immediate left is Lucas with Ashley next to him. Both in the meatloaf pose. Watching me.
On the floor, in front and to the left...Jasper. One black blob with no definition between head nor tail. Sound asleep.
Behind me is Biddy. Awake but sleepy eyed.
Gee, I guess thats all. But it is so nice and QUIET. Cats beat dogs any day.

Under Cat Behavior you will find the thread "Professional Tortellini Sleepers". In our family the meatloaf position is called Roast Goose position:D :D

:D :D :D Kitty Heaven , I know what you mean when the Cats all try to climb into thier new Iams beds! Or when the Cats all pile up in a big ball , mostly the Siamese , but all Cats are Welcome!They respect one and another and are never greedy or take more than thier share!:D :D :D

my lexie is keeping me company too while i am on the computer, she is sitting in the windowsill looking out at the world, i live in a small two storyed home, and am on the 2nd story so she has a great view, it was hot the other day and the window was open , i quickly shut it as a bird flew near by and lexie started that twitching thing they do and funny noise they make and i was sure she was going to jump into mid air to get it, i will have to watch her, its too far down even for a cat to land on four paws.
The other day was kinda cute, i was playing with her, pulling her mouse along and she was having fun, i stopped for a moment to chat to my husband , lexie jumped up on the chair and politely and gently scratched my nose, (she is not a cat who scatches or bites at all , even in play she is most gentle) so i was quite taken aback, i realise she was just saying hey u were playing with me, so get back to it. They are such cute creatures our kitties arent they?:) ;) :cool:
