I noticed on Max that he has spots on his rib cage where it looks like he's either losing hait or ir thin. I was told by a buddie who had a rottie it's a yeast infection. A bad diet, I feed Max Sceince Diet puppy food and sometime mix in Alpo caqnned with some dry kibble. He alos had a spot on the wrinkle on his head that it lokos like he's missing hair.:confused:

I can't tell by the picture where he's missing hair on his head, but he sure is a cutie!

Does Max itch alot?

My Kia had red spots and patches of missing hair on her belly due to allergies.

It could also be mange or scabies. Only your vet will be able to tell for sure.

Sorry to hear about Max's spots...Does he have any tiny little bumps where the spots are? If so, it could be demodectic mange, which has to be vet treated. I have had a lot of experience with this type of mange, so if you have any further questions, just ask.

Otherwise I to would say allergies of some sort. Many dogs are allergic to even one flea bite and this can cause the symptoms you speak of.
