I can't believe I am starting a thread--where is everybody?

Goldie, you remind me of my Sweet Genevieve of loving memory in that you are loving, trusting and totally happy in new situations. Her first idea upon entering a room filled with strangers was "Whose lap can I sit on first?" She worked the room like a seasoned politician, except that she was always completely sincere in her happiness to meet people. Votes never entered into it.

I always love to hear "I always hated cats, but........"and then you hear about another feline who has worked his/her charms and has been able to show a human the absolute joy of being owned by a cat.
