Momma Emma is such a wonderful kitty mom ..... I'm so proud of her! It is so neat walking by their bed and seeing them actually looking up at me!!! Of course, their eyesight is still fuzzy I'm sure, but it looks like they are seeing things!!! I can't wait til these little rascals are frollicking about! :D

There's my little girl kitty. We're going to have to do something with those tiny, little claws though sweety. They look awfully sharp!!!:eek: How would you feel about some pink softpaws? I think they would be adorable on an all black sweety like you. Do they make softpaws in baby kitty size? ;) :D

Don't I wish! I mentioned it to Terry, and that I would need to bring the kitten back in the Corvette - which I thought he'd freak out about, but he didn't. He was just kinda like "Well, ya, whatever..." So I was thinking "YES!" I got me a new kitten!!! But then the next day he shot me down and said no more cats until the ones we have are gone. :( He even tried laying the guilt trip on me that I was trying to replace Tubby before he was even gone. So he told Tubby to come over by him and he'd stick by him even though I was trying to get rid of him. ;) :D I told him I wasn't trying to replace anyone, just wanted to add one. He didn't say much at the time, but the next day he made it clear he doesn't want anymore cats - darn, here I thought I had him. :(

However, I bet if I could get him down to your place while we're down there he'd fall head over heels and probably bring all of them home. :rolleyes: ;) :D We'll see, I've still got some time to work on him about this, so we'll see.....;) :D

I remember my friend Gudrun whose cats I posted some weeks ago: When she was 14 she brought her first cat home. The parents said NO!!!!! The cat had to go. But it was evening and so she was allowed to keep the cat overnight. In the morning, Kitten had already wrapped her dad around his tiny paw and he could stay:) :)

The little blackie ... was the last and smallest one born ... but she is a real little stinker!!! Momma Emma moved the babies out of the cardboard box and under my bed .... she at least will let them lie in their bed I bought them ... but this tiny blackie keeps jumping out! It is so cute ... as soon as I bend over to look at her under the bed, she comes walking .... yep on wobbly tiny legs... straight to ME, and squeaking the whole way! She has done it several times, so I know she's coming to me! It is soooo adorable! (Momma's not too thrilled with it though) :eek:

And I think T&P's hubby is being unreasonable, saying that she is trying to replace Tubby before he is even gone. And T&P, you can tell your hubby I said so. And you can add that getting a new kitty BEFORE the oldest kitty dies is a GOOD idea because then the younget kitty (Peanut in this case) will not be as devestated by the eventual loss of her long time friend. Besides, we are only talking about a total of THREE cats. That is not a lot by any means.

No problem, Jen. He was only joking and teasing me when he said that. I always tease him by saying he stole Peanut away from me and she likes him better than me now and thank goodness Tubby is still my big boy. So he was just playing on that to try and get me to feel guilty, but I know what he's doing - and that he's only joking - so the guilt trip thing didn't work. ;) :)

I do think he's being unreasonable about getting another kitty, but I'm still working on him on that front. :)
