Jo Jo, You are such a beautiful cat! I always have been partail to siamese and oriental type breeds. They are most affectionate and very intelligent! I have two cats but they are not oriental. You do have that wild look! People might think that you are not very friendly cause of that wild look, but from experience I have met a plenty of oriental breeds who are such sweet things! Long life, and a very happy one indeed!:D

You are so right, judymin61! Siamese and the other orientals are darlings. It surprises people who have always thought they were standoffish and snooty. Hope you have lots of fun with this forum!

Although I don't have any Oriental cats at this time, I did have one before my present two cats. She was a Siamese mix, what a beautiful girl. She lasted til she was 20 years old! Although the two cats I have now are the sweetest things, nothing comes close to the bond I had with her (Smokey)! She slept with me and gave me cat kisses! Don't get me wrong, I totally love my two guys now but they still don't quite approach the bond I have with her! I remember just for fun I entered her in a cat show, for the non pedigree and she was so admired for her beauty! Everybody loved her blue eyes! She did very well, and her highest ribbon was 2nd! I wish I had a scanner I could show everyone how pretty she was, being mixed with tabby and all!;) blue

Thanks for the reply and the want to see a picture of my Smokey girl. Who has passed to the other side (will always miss her). I do have some nice pictures, however, getting a scanner will be feasable only by mid April or so. So hang on , I will gladly send her pictures! Until then I must say, your "babies"look awfully sweet!

Yes, they certainly are sweet (most of the time), but there's certainly a lot of "pepper" in them too! Life is never dull!
