Well my very first dog was named Tess so I would go with Tesa lol, but I'm biased of course hee. Congrats! It's going to be so much fun! Make sure you post lots of pics k?:D

I like both Tesa and Jessy, but they wouldn't be my first choice. I definatly like the Chloe reply. It seems to fit. The names I almost named my golden were: Bosley, Riley, or Emma. BUT...I stuck with my first choice which was Brinkley and she has definately grown into the name very gracefully. If I got another golden I would name her Emma. BUT...this is going to be YOUR baby so don't let anyone tell you what to do. Its your choice!!!! I will say to be original and you seem to be doing that very well. I work at a vet's office and I don't see any Jessy-s or Tesa-s. Good Job

Personally, I like to see a dog and be around them to get to know their personality a little before I suggest names. Sometimes it's as easy as seeing them, but I really like to get to know them to know what name really fits. I'm sure that you'll find something and that name will be perfect for your pup. Black labs are great. I'm sure any name that you choose will work out great, I'm just telling you how we did it with Dakota and Sierra! Good luck and let us know what you decide on. Plus, we wanna see pics when you get the new pup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with Dakota's Mommy. When you get the dog get to know it and the give it's name. If you don't wait a week or so you might choose a name that doesn't sut the dog.
