Finally, finally, Bodhi and Maya - our beautiful Ruddy Abissinian twosome is honored as Cat of the Day (or should I say Cats of the Day?) :D
We heard so many stories about these cuties, saw a lot of funny pictures and we all here on PetTalk feel like they are a little ours too. ;)

What a pleasant surprise to see two of Pet Talk's own honored! I am fast falling in love with the abyssinian breed through the tales of Bodhi and Maya's human as well as others who are owned by this rambunctious breed! :D It sounds like life is never dull with an aby, and you have two! Wow - I am sure there is LOTS of activity in your house! I was amazed to hear that Maya enjoys turning on the vacuum! Now if only she could push it around and help with the chores! LOL! Congratulations on two gorgeous kitties!!!! Abbys are the best and they are like children to all of us who have them. I don't know about you, but I love being owned by an abby. I have been owned by two in my life time and don't want to be owned by none other.:D I have to agree with the others, there is nothing better than going to Cat of the Day and seeing to gorgeous abby babies as the Kitties of the Day. Boy! Can I relate!

Feeling groggy following a thanks-to-two-frolicking-cats sleep-deprived night (my first at home for a spell) I got a kick out of opening up COTD and finding two cats that also inflict sleep-deprived nights upon their human friends. Odd, though, even following a night such as last I feel no resentment towards the two culprit cats and I bet that through your own bleariness you gaze upon culprits Bodhi and Maya with nothing but affection.

At least the cats that live here do not turn the vacuum on - in fact, they all consider it to be terrible monster and flee from its presence.

These two COTD cats are cute and they have big ears that ought to be pretty good for picking up any kind of little noise, so perhaps you can wake them from their frequent naps without great difficulty?

Well, got to go... there's some hungry fish looking at me, wanting me to come and feed them.

Maya and Bodhi are blushing from all the compliments and/or from dashing madly about the house. Is there a full moon ? It was quite the unexpected surprise this morning to see their pictures. Thanks again for all your good wishes. I have to go and give them their favourite treat.
