I am making a dog first-aid kit, and I am also printing out information on dog first-aid. Does anyone know of any dog-first aid sites?? Thanks!

Here's one Sarah that talks about what to put in a first aid kit and another site that talks about doggie first aid in general! And I love seeing Sadie May in your sig.! What a beautiful Labbie girl!:) Good luck on your project!

Contact your local chapter of the American Red Cross to see what they offer. Over a hundred local chapters teach a Pet First Aid Class, and the Red Cross offers a Pet First Aid BOOK ($10-12) through the local chapters.

Here are some Links...

Red Cross Pet First Aid Class (http://www.redcross.org/news/hs/firstaid/010801petfirstaid.html)

Red Cross Pet First Aid BOOK (http://www.redcross.org/services/hss/courses/pets.html)
You can search for the book on-line by using "ISBN 1-57857-000-X"

There is a link on both pages to a listing of the State/Local Chapters that teach the Pet FA Class.

Most of our area Police K9 Officers have taken the class and say it's Great!

I have the book Phred mentioned and it is a very valuable resource to have. I recommend it for any pet owner! You can also find other books on pet first aid in most bookstores.

Sarah... this is a great project! Sadie is one lucky labbie girl to have you as her mommy!! :D
