We've often thought of setting the camcorder up when we're out, or during the night, to see what Fister is up to. Actually, we think he is sleeping most of the time, but it could be fun to find out!

We found our carpet in the corridor just like yours the other day.

Typical! :D

I wish I had evidence photos, but usually my evidence it like overturned plant pots rather than a skewed carpet, and my first reaction is "CLEAN UP THE DIRT!!"

Was it me who left the cupboard open? Or Tigris?

If only Boo would leave my carpet that orderly! I seriously do not understand what goes on when I'm gone, but I often find the carpet IN A BALL when I come home.

I don't have to wonder who did it. Jan does that to our bathroom rug right in front of me. She has no shame.

Lets see.... First Bastet unloads all the mousies from the box. Then she proceeds to bring them too me and play with them on the bed. She then either purrs loudly or meows at her game on the bed. This morning I woke up wih 8 mousies, 2 catnip balls and a dead cockroach ....

Cute!!! :)

We have a kitchen rug too, Noah burrows UNDER it and leaves it all folded up and in the hall way. If we have a stack of folded laundry, blankets, etc. They are toppled over due to Noah's little habit. :)

We have that "Cat Dancer" thing. When we get home, the wire part has been taken OFF the paw/wall part and is usually in the den or bathroom....what do they do????

Hey I made up this thing for English class that kinda goes along with this topic so I'll post it. We had to write for 5 minutes about cats so heres what I came up with:

A Kitten

Kittens.... hmmm.... Everybody always considers kittens cute and cuddly right? Well I'm gonna tell you about a couple that aren't. Ever heard of Saint the Kitten? Of course you haven't! I just made that up!Saint the Kittens day is held on June 1st. Do you know why we've never been invited to a saint the kittens day party? Because its for cats ONLY! You see all the adults are at work and the kids are at school. Its the perfect time to celebrate! Kittens all gather together and eat their favorite cat food. Close your eyes and picture this in your head. Cats walking around on their two hind legs. They have those little red cups in their hands drinking pop. Some cats are sitting down on a couch. Others are talking to their cat buddies. Keep in mind this is all going on inside your house while your gone.Ok now put your hand up close to your face, close enough that you can see your palm lines. Do they spell cat? This is all made up so smack yourself in the head and laugh!!

Ha! Pretty good huh? I made that all up!

Yes was ir me or did my cars open those cabinet doors? Or where
did I lose my coffee scoop? Answer underneath the couch with all the mousies.
Or did my lifesize plastic fall off the floor or did one of the cats do it?
Better yet Did I leave the box of saltine crackers open and haul of the wrapped stack of crackers out in the living room floor?
HHHHHMMMMMMMMMMM! I must be losing it or the cats are doing things
when I'm not there. HHmmm1

Judging by the evidence photos, and with no witnesses, we have reconstructed the crime as best we could. Apparently he got a little out of control with his feather toy and slid into that little smoking stand thingy there, knocking the drawer out of it (and yet the rug is untouched!) :D

Yes, the rug is untouched, and the smoking stand thingy is still standing. How could the drawer come completely out, but yet the stand is still upright?

And can you imagine his surprise when the drawer came tumbling down on top of him? :D I bet that's why the feather toy is still amongst the evidence. :D :D

After discussing the evidence with Bastet and showing her the picture, she has decided that it was either the Bogey Man or a nasty ghost that hates cats trying to frame your little boy. She also thinks the feather toy has a mind of its own.

Open and Shut case don't you think :D :D :D

Hee hee - that smoking stand is really old, and the drawer is just barely seated in the track. It wouldn't take much to jar it loose. Nobody has smoked in this house since about 1982 - in fact, there are still matchbooks in that drawer from our wedding in 1983 ;) :p !

I've gotta get a surveillance camera set up in the living room......I could catch some hilarious video, since he seems to spend his entire day in there!
