goldens?

i've noticed that sometimes i see golden retrievers but different shades of its color. i've seen darker versions and lighter versions. do they vary in color because i always thought they were the same golden color all the time. thanks! :)

oh yes! they vary tons...ive seen some that are as dark red as irish setters! heres an addy to see a video with goldens...it only takes about 15 min to load...i'm trying to download every single one lol...this video doesnt really show much variation in colour, but if u look at the last golden u can tell it is a much paler colour than the rest
