That's what I said :p I just found out the shelter they arein IS a Kill shelter, but mostly due to health. Now I am on a mission...anyone interested?

My parents went to see Buddy today and said he is a sweet heart! Unfortunatly, the dog in the kennel next to him was just put down becuase of Kennel Cough...my parents and i are going to keep a close eye out and if he is going to be PTS, we will get him out. The kid working was really attached, so my mom is going to try to talk to him again and make sure he calls if Buddy gets sick. Please keep these two , and all the pups there in your thoughts!

My parents went back out to the shelter today to see Paco and Buddy. Although both were still there, lots of people looking for dogs, so they are hoping they found good homes. They talked to a couple of the staff people and gave them their name and phone# and asked that they be contacted if the dogs got Kennel Cough or were going to be PTS for any reason. My mom is going to go back out mid-week and check on them!

Don't worry Staci-all 4 of my mom's dogs are perfectly fine! She started looking cause I kep telling her I want Taggert, so she was looking for me a terrier mix. I just don't think we are ready for a third....unless of course it is Taggert :)
