Hi Reggie! Happy Dog of the Day, sweetheart!:)

It's always an EXTRA special day on Pet Talk when a most precious *senior* is crowned Dog of the Day, and how very deserving you are, Reggie! My JRT loving heart melted seeing your precious face gracing my page this morning, reading your Mom's tribute!

Hard to believe you're an amazing 17 years young, Reggie; a perennial puppy, hehe! Must be that trademark JRT zest for life and unbridled energy that keeps you going strong, forever young, along with your big heart!:) Understandable that at 17 years young you're slowing down just a tad, but no doubt you've still got a ton more living and loving to do, leisurely wiling the days away being pampered and spoiled rotten!:cool:

How truly blessed your human is, Reggie, having a fur baby as special as you in her life, having known your unconditional love and devotion, your companionship the past 17 wonderful years and counting! More than a furry family member you are your Mommy's heart dog, her Dog of the Day, EVERY day, her Dog of a Lifetime! And yes, truly the best!


Quite simply, Reggie is my heart dog. He's the best.

Dearest Reggie, you are adorable! What a beautiful Jack Russell Terrier you are, with that brown and white fur that looks so soft and that sweet face with those huge ears and lovely big brown eyes. You're so cute in those great photos, and thank you for sharing them with us! You have the most delightful personality, too. You've been energetic all your life, slowing down a bit now that you're a mature gentleman of seventeen years. You have a doggie housemate, age two now, who I am sure is learning all about how to be the best dog from you! You bark to alert your dear person of visitors, whom you then win over with your charm and cuteness. You love to roll up and nest in a soft, warm blanket, as we see here. You're your person's heart dog, and you love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
