Dearest Meelai, a.k.a. Stinky-butt and Baby, you are marvelous indeed! What an adorable lady you are, with that gorgeous, soft-looking Tuxedo fur in such an interesting pattern, complete with white socks. You have the sweetest face with that cute pink nose and those lovely big green eyes so full of wonder. You're absolutely stunning, standing there and gazing out at me! I wish I could reach through the screen and over to Alberta to pet you, and pet your kitty pal Kito and your two doggie pals, too! I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved Purrrents will pet you all for me ;).

And what a delightful Purrrsonality you have! You love to be called Baby, and you definitely have earned your other nickname. You love nestling in in the crook of someone's arm and suckling yourself. You're afraid of some things, and you're very sweet-mannered, except when you need to remind your dear Purrrents with your loud voice that it's dinner-time. I hope you will somehow get out of the habit of eating rubber bands and tapes, which are very bad for kitties to swallow! (Maybe they could be shut away in drawers and cabinets that you can't open.) You love to stay safe inside where you can cuddle with your Purrrents and get your dinner served ON TIME. You and they and Kito and doggies all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

Congratulations, darling Meelai, on being chosen Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear Purrrents and Kito and two doggies and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.

What a beautiful Tuxie girl you are, Meelai! Just as your Mommy says, you have the cutest face, the sweetest look of wide-eyed wonder...or is that your "scaredy cat" look!:eek:;)


Meelai is the definition of a "scaredy cat". She is afraid to go outside, afraid of strangers, afraid of noise, afraid of ... the list just goes on and on but she is so sweet-mannered. She gives our oldest cat, Kito (who is a major grump) many kisses in an attempt of 'sweetening her up.'

Well, while you may have have a long list of fears, apparently sister Kito is not on that list, and certainly neither are your Mommy and Daddy! As long as you have them, your pawrents, a safe and warm place to call home, and DINNER, promptly served, all is right with the world!:D


At present we make our home in Alberta, Canada but Meelai doesn't care where she lives as long as she gets to stay safe inside and has her human mommy and daddy to cuddle with and don't forget to have her dinnner served ON TIME.

How blessed your Mommy and Daddy were that happy day they welcomed you into their home and hearts, having know your love and companionship (endearing quirks and all, hehe) the past 14 wonderful years! You truly are one of a kind, Meelai, beautiful inside and out, just as special as can be, and so very deserving of your big day of honor!

Thanks for the BIG smiles, Meelai! Meeting you today, reading your Mommy's heartwarming tribute has been such a treat!
