Diego's last week

It is with great sadness that I post that this is Diego's last week. He has degenerative disk disease. The pain and anti-inflammatory meds were working until last week. Digestive upset set in and he had both vomiting and diarrhea. The vet has advised there is nothing more we can do so I've made the difficult decision to let him go. I will be spoiling him rotten thIs next week before he leaves to be with his grandma (my mom) next Saturday.
