Hi Biggie! Happy Dog of the Day to you, sweetheart!:)
What a big, beautiful, gentle giant of a Labbie x you are, Biggie. And with a heart (and body!) as big as yours, so perfectly named! How heart-melting is that photo of your young charge, puppy June, working that ball out of your mouth! You taught her well, Biggie!:D So great to hear that sometime after this pic was taken June found her way to a loving home of her own! You and your amazing family are all heroes in my book, Biggie, welcoming so many precious fosters into your home and hearts, helping to making their dreams of a furever home of their own a reality!
As your Mom/Dad says, while your humans may provide the transportation, safe shelter, food and of course love, you're there right behind them, taking your young charges under your wing, mentoring and nurturing them, teaching them how to trust, showing them how wonderful a dog's life can be! What a team!
We may provide the transportation, food, and love, but Biggie shows them how to be a happy dog. It is amazing to see a shy, fearful dog who is afraid of its own shadow, never mind scary humans, transform under his watchful eyes. As well as leading by example, he teaches them to play, to trust, and just how to be a waggy tail happy dog
