Dearest Puschel, you are precious indeed! What a beautiful Lionhead Rabbit you are, with that long, thick, fluffy fur, in such pretty colors. You have such a sweet face with those lovely big dark eyes. You have a terrific personality, too. Your dear friend is a rabbit named Susen. You're six years old, and your dear person takes good care of you. She/he knows that rabbits need attention, which she/he gives you. After you've had your meal, your person strokes you, which makes you very happy. You're very fluffy and soft, and you're a wonderful friend of hers/his, and perhaps for some others, also. You and your person love each other very much, don't you. What a delightful love-filled home you share!

Congratulations, Puschel, on being POTD! You are gorgeous, lovable, precious and Heaven-sent! :) We loved reading about your happy life and loving human parent who understands how lonely (and scary, unsafe and unhealthy) it is to be dumped in a outdoor hutch without interaction. (Pet rabbits should never ever live outside.) We have our pets' cages in our living room so they can interact with us all day/night and we know they are safe, happy, healthy. There are 2 types of mane’s that a Lionhead could have. The mane (a distinctive tuft of long fur) of a Lionhead is a thick, wooly fur which is soft and has a presence of crimping. This wool covering will surround the head area, and often times the flank area, of the rabbit.
