Dearest Jasper, what a handsome guy you are, indeed! That grey coat is beautiful, and what a great lion cut you have, with that long, fluffy fur on your tail and mane and head, and then your shaven back half. How good that you have that! I can only begin to imagine how very matted your long fur back there would get if it weren't trimmed. And what a sweet face you have, with that cute darker-grey nose and those lovely big golden eyes! Thank you for sharing that great photo with us. I wish I could reach through the screen and up over to Calgary, Alberta to pet you, and pet your doggie pal Harley, too! I can't, of course, but I know your loving Purrrsons will pet you for me ;)

And what a delightful Purrrsonality you have! You're nine years old, and you love to sleep, eat, and lick people's feet. I'm sorry you don't like Harley, and I hope you and he will be best of friends before long. And I'm sorry that you weren't taken care of properly by your old "owner." I'm so glad you are now with your Purrrfect Purrrmanent Purrrson, who cherishes you and is taking care of you properly. My deepest thanks to him/her! You are so handsome and so special to your Purrrson because of how badly you'd been treated before and because you're the oldest cat he/she knows. You love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

What a gorgeous Persian boy you are Jasper, and looking so cute in that lion's cut! I know how challenging it can be, keeping you long haired kitties mat free! (All of my long haired kitties have dreaded those daily brushings!:rolleyes::D)And how stunning are those sparkling, copper colored eyes!

I'm so sorry to hear of the neglect you suffered at the hand of your former "owner," Jasper.:( Thankfully you escaped that sad and lonely, neglectful life, finding your way to the most loving and caring furever human; living the good life!
