Angel Asrieal~

This e-mail was initially composed a few months ago. Since then, Asrieal came down with severe Leukemia (kitty cancer). After many treatments and a blood transfusion, there was nothing else I could do, I had to let him go. He will be dearly missed, but I know he's happy in kitty heaven.

Reading this sad update after smiling so widely, poring over your Mommy's love filled tribute, just broke my heart.:( I'm so, so very sorry to learn you left for the Rainbow Bridge long, long before your time, Asrieal. But we take comfort knowing that for the brief time you were on this earth you were saved from that most miserable existence, finding your way to the happiest of furever homes, loved so completely by your family. And what comfort and joy your brought to your humans' lives that one wonderful year, putting smiles on the faces of all who crossed your path with your beauty, your charm and your antics, your fun loving ways.

How very lucky your family was, having been blessed with a furkid as special as you; their Ozzy Osborne, their fuzzy bunny, their best pet ever. You may no longer be there at their side in the flesh, Asrieal, but the paw prints you left on their hearts live on forever, until that wonderful day of reunion. For now, scamper happy and healthy at the Rainbow Bridge with all of our beloved fur angels until that wonderful day when you and your family are together once more. And send down your love to your family, sweetheart. They miss you so very much.

Thank you family, for sharing your beloved Asrieal with us, your cherished memories; giving us the honor of paying tribute to him and all that me meant to you. I hope seeing him being honored here today puts a smile on your face and brings you some comfort. How blessed he was, having had a family as devoted as yours.

Dearest Asrieal Angel, a.k.a. Ding Dong, Ozzy Osborne, and Fuzzy Bunny, what a fine-looking gentleman you are! You're absolutely gorgeous, curled up in that sink, just the right size for a cat bed. You look so perfectly settled and comfortable in it, and it is even color-coordinated to go with your fur! That fluffy Tuxedo fur is so luxurious and looks so very soft, and what a sweet face you have with that little white mustache and the dark nose and those lovely big golden eyes. And what a beautiful Angel you are now, complete with glorious wings and a halo! I wish I could reach through the screen and ..all the way to the Rainbow Bridge! .. to pet you. I can't, of course, but I know the other Angels are all petting you for me ;).

And what a story you have to tell! I'm so glad you were rescued and brought to your wonderful Furrrever Home and Family after a horrible start in an awful place. Your new family nursed you back to good health, and you became the rambunctious young man you were always meant to be, keeping your dear Purrrsons smiling with your antics and energies. And then I'm so very sorry to learn you came down with feline leukemia a few months later and had to leave your Purrrfect family at such a young age.

Now you are a glorious Angel, whole and healthy again at the Rainbow Bridge with so many other loving and beloved Angels. Please send some Angelic purrrs to the hearts of your Purrrsons to reassure them that all is well, you are with them and watching over them always, and you will welcome them Home, One Fine Day.. You all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you have shared and always will!

We hope you and your dear Purrrsons and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and precious memories and all your favorite Angelic games and treats.
