Good morning, beautiful, sweet Samantha! Happy Dog of the Day!!!:)
You truly are the very definition of the beloved Border Collie, and not only in your outer beauty, but in personality and heart, work ethics and smarts! Border Collies are after all considered to be one of the smartest, most hardworking breeds out there. Just as your Mom says, you kids need a job (aside from bringing endless joy to your humans' lives)!:cool:
My mom thinks I am really smart because I knew all my obedience commands by the time I was three months old. She even made up new ones to keep me busy, and I learned those, too. I am a herding dog - I like having a job.
By 3 months old???:eek: Now that IS impressive! As for your love for the wet stuff? I think we can credit that to a recessive Lab/Retriever gene lurking deep down in there, somewhere!:p
Mom also thinks I am a water dog dressed in Border Collie clothes, because I love to play in the water. A pond, a puddle - any water is fun I say!
When all is said and done you're just as special as they come, Samantha, inside and out! How very lucky your pack is, having a furkid as beautiful, as joyful and hardworking, as loyal and loving as you, sweetheart! You truly are a treasure, and so very deserving of your big day of honor!!!
