Hi Sam and Chloe! Happy "two for Thursday" Dogs of the Day, kids!:)

What a pawsitively precious brother and sister Shih-Tzu team two kids make; one dynamic duo! Just as your Mom says, it's inconceivable, unconscionable that anyone could abandon two defenseless puppies on the mean streets, leaving you to fend for yourselves.

But as fate would have it, your beloved predecessor Taffy intervened, leading you to that loving furever human/family you so rightly deserved, and the rest is happy history! Talk about a heavenly match, a case of mutual rescue!:cool: You do Taffy proud!


I couldn't believe that someone would just dump two puppies to fend for themselves. But I feel that my Taffy brought them to me. She knew they needed someone to love them and I needed someone to love. My house is once again a happy place to be.

And what a happy, joyful and loved filled home it is! Your Mom is so very lucky, having been blessed with two furkids as beautiful, as sweet and loving, as giving as you! In fact, all who cross your path are truly blessed, adults and kids alike, and especially those in need of a little furry love...your friends at the nursing home! Paws crossed that soon you'll be back at work, bringing comfort and smiles to their days!


And they really enjoyed going to the Nursing Home to visit the residents before the pandemic hit, and are looking forward to being able to do so again

Thanks for starting my day with a huge smile, kids! Reading your heartwarming, life affirming rescue story, seeing your beyond heart-melting photos has been a joy! I hope you enjoy a very special day of celebration...playing with your toys and running about your yard; munching on those yummy baby carrots, broccoli and green beans; receiving tons of cuddles and kisses; being loved and pampered to pieces!!! Dearest Sam and Chloe, you are precious indeed, and absolutely adorable! I'm revolted and appalled, also, that some horrible alleged-human dumped you both as puppies onto the streets. I'm so very glad and grateful that you two were eventually able to be rescued in a garage, after being seen running around loose for three weeks. The rescue group then got you together with your dear person-to-be, who was grieving the loss of her beloved dog Taffy to cancer. You and she met at a local pet shop, and you both immediately crawled onto her lap and gave her kisses. You all adopted each other on the spot!

Now you have the wonderful home you deserve (and always deserved)! Your person thinks that Taffy Angel brought you together, and we agree. You're full of energy and have great fun playing and running around. You enjoyed visiting the Nursing Home residents before the pandemic hit, and we're sure the residents enjoyed those visits just as much. You're all looking forward to when you can visit again. You and your family all love each other very much, don't you. What a delightful love-filled home you share!
